Our Projects

We enable children and young people from marginalised Quechua families to access high-quality education and fair employment, helping to stimulate social development for Peru’s rural communities. In line with our vision of a world in which indigenous children and young people have equal opportunities, all our projects seek to help young people unlock their full potential. We do this within the framework of our key guiding principles of reciprocity (ayni), interculturality and participation.
Access to
Education

Access to education in rural areas of Peru is notoriously problematic and Ccorca is no exception. Our projects enable children to cultivate the resilience and capabilities they need to take advantage of the opportunities before them.

Access to
Employment

In line with Target 1B of the Millennium Development Goals, our vision is “full and productive employment and decent work for all, including women and young people.”
